After successfully placing your order you will be sent a link where you can fill out a short questionnaire about your pet. You will also be able to upload 2 photos of your pet. It’s best to send one close up of your pet’s face and the other photo should be the pose you would like to see them in. The best photos capture the perfect expression on your pets face and look in their eyes! Please make sure the photos are high-resolution. Typically, photos that are taken with camera phones are not very clear or high-resolution.

Your custom pet portrait will have a solid color background.  You will be able to fill in your background color choice on the form after you place your order. Paintings typically take 3 weeks to complete once you fill out your order form (after payment).

After the painting is finished, I will send you a high-resolution photo of your painting. If you would like to see changes made, the first round of changes will be made free of charge. If you are still not happy you will be sent a paypal invoice for $50. Once that payment is made, I will make the requested changes to your painting.
